Annual Congregational Meeting: 2023

Our 2023 Annual Congregational Meeting was held on Sunday, June 4 at 11:30. | Meeting Minutes (password protected)

On May 21 we held a two-platform Informational Meeting, led by Board President Nancy Bodenhorn, at which the Annual Meeting agenda proposed by the Executive Board was presented and discussed.

1. Election of Board Members: Laura Robinson for President Elect, Beth McClellan for Board Secretary, Barbara Taylor for Member-at-Large (replacing Laura Robinson 2023-2024, and TBA for Member-at-Large to be named and approved by the Board (2023-2025). .

   Continuing Board members: Fred Piercy (who will transition from President Elect to President), and Minister Rev. Pam Philips & DLFD Rachel Craine (ex-officio).

   There was no discussion and the slate was passed unanimously.

2. Proposed Budget for FY 2023–2024 (password protected). The May 16 proposed budget was accepted by the UUC Board on May 18, 2022 as the version to be voted on at the Congregational Meeting on June 5.

   After some discussion, a vote was called and the motion to approve the budget was approved unanimously.
