Yoga at the UUCA Yoga group meets on Wednesdays at 5:30 p.m.
One of the best things you can do for yourself this winter is take advantage of the
free Yoga group at the Fellowship every Wednesday at 5:30 p.m. It usually
lasts for 40 to 45 minutes. The leader is UUC member memberLori Tolliver-Jones. You
don't need to know anything about Yoga or be athletic or even in shape to do Yoga!
Just bring a blanket or mat to cushion yourself from the hardwood floor and wear
