Annual Congregational Meeting: 2022

Our 2022 Annual Congregational Meeting was held on Sunday, June 5 at 11:30. | Message to members from Board President Bob Stimson

On May 23 at 11:30 there was a a two-platform Informational Meeting, led by Board President Bob Stimson, at which the Annual Meeting agenda proposed by the Executive Board was presented and discussed.

1. Election of Board Members: Fred Piercy for President Elect, Gene Gardner for Board Secretary, Wayne Neu for Treasurer, and Laura Robinson & Rami Steinruck for Members-at-Large. Candidate bios.

   Continuing Board members: Nancy Bodenhorn (who will transition from President Elect to President), Alyssa Short will be appointed by the Board in June to fill a one-year At-Large Board position, and Minister Rev. Pam Philips & DLFD Rachel Craine (ex-officio).

2. Proposed Budget for FY 2022–2023 (password protected). The May 16 proposed budget was accepted by the UUC Board on May 18, 2022 as the version to be voted on at the Congregational Meeting on June 5.

At the Annual Congregational Meeting on June 5, all Board candidates were approved as was the proposed budget.
